Kassaar you ask what is that?

Kassaar is our registered breeder’s prefix. We own, breed and show german shepherd dogs. We first started breeding german shepherd dogs in 1992.

To us our name Kassaar represents, excellence and quality. With our dogs we ensure we abide by all breeding standards, breed to improve the breed and acknowledge and understand that excellent temperament and soundness has to come first.

We treat all the animals that board with us the same way we treat our own animals. We feed the guest only top quality foods, they get treats twice a day, most animals get 5-6 hours a day free play time (very social animals have the whole day) which means they are far happier than being locked away in a run where they get bored!!

The kennels are scrubbed and cleaned daily as well as the area cleared of any faeces three times daily, the cattery is also cleaned at least twice daily. We pride ourselves on hygiene and ensuring that our guests are kept in clean environment.

The kennels and the cattery have 24 hour piped music to ensure your loved one feels like they are still at home. All dogs are bathed and washed in a herbal flea and tick rinse upon arrival and also again on the day you collect them. However if you dog is staying for an extended period they are washed weekly.

So now Kassaar represents not only excellence and quality in german shepherds, but in housing your pets and supplying you with the best products for your loved pets at the cheapest price.

  • 6ft leather leads etc.

In order to provide the best of service and products to you and your favourite pet, we have recently opened a retail outlet at our kennel. We provide only premium quality pet food and products and we are usually 30 to 60% cheaper than most vets or pet shops.

As an added service to you, if we do not have the product you need in stock, we will order in for you, no matter how exclusive the requirement.

The pet food we have for sale in the same as the food that will be feed to your pet while staying with us and is also the same product we feed to our own pets.

Over the next 6 months or we will be updating our website so that people can buy their pet products online.
